MUBS HOSTS CAPA CONFERENCE 2011 :

CAPA holds Bi-annual conferences in each of the member regions which are attended by academicians and administrators in the BTVET Institutions. The conferences give opportunity to stakeholders not only to discuss pertinent administrative functional and structural issues but also create opportunity for academic discourse. During the conference a theme is selected and members are invited to submit academic papers that reflect on research and similar work being done by the different academicians in these institutions.

The conference also gives opportunity to the group to network and build an understanding of the conditions in the different member countries. During these conferences, members are able to visit various Institutions benchmark with them and learn from one another. At each conference, a visit to some important historical sites in a specific country is undertaken. The conference period also gives the executive of CAPA to update members about the development in the Association.
